One website. A clearer business focus.

An in-house case study of the Grynos website: bringing website design, SEO, and digital marketing into one consistent message, from the homepage to the enquiry form.

The starting point

The business focus had changed.

The earlier Grynos website led with AI and automation services. I wanted the site to reflect a different focus: helping businesses with their websites, search visibility, and digital marketing.

Changing a headline would not be enough. Service descriptions, enquiry choices, search previews, and structured data all needed to describe the same business.

The work

Connect the message to the whole site.

  1. Clarify the offer

I rewrote the homepage and service descriptions around website design, SEO, and digital marketing. The enquiry form now lets visitors select those needs.

  2. Align the search foundations

I updated page titles, descriptions, canonical URLs, the sitemap, and linked business and service structured data to match the visible content.

  3. Add optional measurement

I added an analytics choice with accept, decline, and preference controls. Successful enquiries have a measurement event without sending the form’s contents to analytics.

What I checked

A working foundation before a growth claim.

Responsive presentation

I checked the site at phone, tablet, and desktop widths, including the service modals and analytics choices.

Consistent search information

I checked that canonical URLs and sitemap entries use the live website host, and that the structured data describes the published services.

Crawl access

A live search inspection confirmed that the homepage and sitemap could be fetched. A successful fetch does not mean every page is already indexed.

Basic measurement

The analytics property received a homepage visit and session events. Visitors who decline analytics or block its script are not measured by this setup.

Current outcome

The foundation is in place. Growth is still to be measured.

This case study documents completed implementation work. It does not claim an increase in rankings, traffic, enquiries, or revenue. Search reporting needs time to accumulate data, and live enquiry-event reception has not yet been verified.

The next evaluation is whether the focused service pages attract relevant searches and lead to useful project conversations.
